Join me for a 45-minute free taster session at the Great Oldbury Community Centre. We’ll move through some simple vinyasa flows, explore foundational postures, and enjoy a short moment of guided breathwork and relaxation.
The session is suitable for all abilities. The focus is on coming together as a community, trying something new, and having fun while doing it. No pressure - just a chance to move the body, calm the mind, and get a feel for yoga.
